Passengers traveling with Cobham Aviation Services Australia can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Web Check-in
Online Check-in will be open when you receive an email with your Booking
Reference. Please ensure you have an up to date email address on file with your
employer.
The bag drop off closure 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure.
Mobile Check-in
Passengers can download the Cobham Aviation Services app to make mobile check-in
easier on the go. Mobile check-in will close 40 minutes prior to departure.

Airport Counter Check-in
Check-in counters for Cobham Aviation Services Australia opens 90 minutes prior
to the flight departure time. Check-in closes strictly 30 minutes prior to the
flight departure time.
Please ensure you bring photo identification, such as a driver’s licence, an
employee identification card or a valid passport, to present at the check-in
counter.
If you are travelling with checked baggage, please ensure you check-in at least
60 minutes prior to departure.
If you are travelling with carry-on baggage only, please ensure you are checked
in and at the departure gate at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of
departure.
Children travelling with adults may be required to produce identification such
as student identification, a Medicare card or birth certificate. Passengers who
cannot provide sufficient identification may be denied boarding.
Boarding Gate
All passengers must be at the terminal at least 20 minutes prior to the
scheduled time of departure, presenting at the boarding gate as instructed by
terminal staff. Passengers presenting after this time may be refused travel on
their flight.
Barrow Island passengers, please ensure you allow sufficient time to be
processed through quarantine and security.

require your flight to be change, you will need to contact your site travel
coordinator or travel team.
