 Hinterland Aviation have their specific procedures to protect the well-being of youngsters flying by themselves.

Children can fly unaccompanied between the ages of 8 and 11 but will need to have an unaccompanied minor form filled out and sent back to Hinterland Aviation, 48 hours before the flight.

An unaccompanied minor form can be found on Hinterland Aviation website under the “flying with us” tab.

Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to fly alone.

Young children traveling without a parent or legal guardian are considered to be Unaccompanied Minors. If you are allowing your child to fly alone as an unaccompanied minor, be sure to take every necessary precaution to ensure his or her safety.
