Online Web Check-in

The online check-in is available 24 hours to 4 hours prior to your flight departure from all Drukair stations except for Gaya station. All passengers holding e-ticket with a confirmed reservation are eligible to perform online check-in except passengers requiring Medical / Special Assistance and Unaccompanied Minors.

You can drop your baggage off at the online check-in counter or bag drop counter, and collect your baggage tags. All Drukair stations have a dedicated counter for baggage drop/online check-in (except for domestic airports).

Airport Counter Check-in

For International flights, the check-in counter opens 3 hours prior to departure time and closes 1 hour prior to departure time.

For domestic flights, the check-in counter opens 2 hours prior to departure time and closes 30 minutes prior to departure time.

Passengers should allow sufficient time to complete all the formalities and recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to the time of departure.
