Royal Brunei Airlines offers an Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service for children
between the ages of 5 and 11 who are traveling alone.

Here are the key details of the UM policy:
UM service must be pre-booked: Parents or guardians must pre-book the UM service
at the time of reservation or at least 48 hours before the flight's scheduled
departure time.
UM service fee: A fee is charged for the UM service, which varies depending on
the route and the type of service requested.
UM handling: The UM will be under the care of Royal Brunei Airlines staff from
check-in until they are handed over to the designated guardian at the
destination.
UM assistance: Royal Brunei Airlines staff will assist the UM with check-in,
immigration, security, boarding, and baggage collection. During the flight, the
UM will be seated in a special area and will be provided with special meals and
beverages as required.
UM identification: The UM will be issued with a special identification tag,
which must be worn at all times during the journey.
UM pickup: The designated guardian must be present at the destination airport to
collect the UM and provide proper identification.
It's important to note that the UM service is only available on Royal Brunei
Airlines-operated flights, and certain restrictions and requirements may apply
depending on the destination and the type of service requested. It's recommended
to check the airline's website or contact their customer service center directly at +673 221 2222 or email to brunei.callcentre@rba.com.bn
for further assistance.
