PAL Airlines Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with PAL Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Check-in
Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 2 hours prior to scheduled
departure time.
Online check-in is not available for passenger(s):
• Traveling with an infant
• Traveling with special needs
• Traveling in groups of 10 or more on one reservation
Airport Counter Check-in
To ensure passengers have plenty of time to check-in, drop off baggage and
pass-through security, we recommend arriving at the airport early and checking
in 120 – 90 minutes before your flight’s departure.
Passengers must have checked in, obtained their boarding pass, and checked all
baggage at the baggage drop-off counter 45 – 30 minutes before their flight.
All passengers must be available for boarding at the gate 20 minutes before
departure.
If any passenger fails to meet either the check-in/baggage drop-off deadline or
the boarding gate deadline specified in the above chart. PAL Airlines may
reassign any pre-reserved seat and/or cancel the reservation of the passenger,
and PAL Airlines may not be able to transport the passenger’s baggage.
Valid Identification Documents
PAL Airlines passengers who are 18 and older are required to present one valid
piece of identification prior to boarding. Valid ID’s will be Government Issue
and will have a photo, the passenger’s name, date of birth and gender. For those
passengers without photo ID two pieces of valid government issued non-photo ID
may be presented provided one ID shows your name, date of birth and gender.
Passengers under the age of 18 are not required to have ID, but it’s always a
good idea when traveling.
Please note a valid ID is considered one that has NOT expired.
