Aerogaviota Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Aerogaviota can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Airport Check-in
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the
scheduled departure time for domestic flights. For international charter
flights, it is recommended to arrive 3 hours prior to departure. Check-in
counters typically close 45 minutes before the flight's departure.
Online Check-in
Currently, Aerogaviota does not offer online check-in services, so all
passengers must complete the check-in process at the airport.
Documents Required
Passengers must present a valid government-issued ID or passport along with
their ticket or booking confirmation at the check-in counter.
Baggage Drop
If you have checked baggage, it should be dropped off at the designated counter
during the check-in process.
Boarding Pass
Once checked in, passengers will receive a boarding pass, which they need to
keep handy for boarding and security checks.
These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Aerogaviota for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during
