Air Cairo does not operate its own dedicated frequent flyer programme.

Since Air Cairo is majority owned by EgyptAir Holding Company, passengers occasionally assume that EgyptAir's loyalty programme automatically applies to Air Cairo services. Air Cairo flights are not included as standard mileage-earning flights under EgyptAir Plus, and membership benefits are not automatically extended across all Air Cairo-operated services.

Passengers travelling on Air Cairo flights should refer to the fare conditions associated with their ticket to determine whether any promotional offers, travel credits, or partner benefits are available.

Charter Flights

Many Air Cairo charter flights are sold through tour operators as part of holiday packages. These bookings normally do not include airline loyalty rewards or mileage accumulation because the tickets are issued under special tour operator agreements.
