VECA Airlines (Vuelos Economicos de Centro America) was a Salvadoran airline owned by Sociedad Hasgar S.A. de C.V. and is El Salvador's flag carrier established in early 2014 in San Salvador. The main airline hub is located in San Salvador at Óscar Arnulfo Romero Int'l Airport. By the end of 2014, Alba Petroleos de El Salvador bought all outstanding shares of Sociedad Hasgar S.A. de C.V.

VECA airlines suspended operations for a period of three months
for restructuring the airline due to financial problems. |
