Passengers traveling with Air France can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Check-in Information

Online / Mobile App Check-in

Online / Mobile App check-in is available starting from 30 hours before your flight's departure. You can also check in for your return flight, if this falls within 24 hours of your departure. For Mobile App check in, you're required to download Air France App.

By using online or mobile app check-in, you can choose your seat and receive your boarding pass which is necessary for boarding the aircraft. You can choose how you want to receive your boarding pass, either by:

• Receive it via e-mail
• Download it onto your smartphone
• Print it right away
• Or collect it at the airport, using an Air France interactive kiosk.

You cannot check in online if:

• Your trip includes travel by train (except from Strasbourg or Brussels).
• You used Flying Blue Miles online to obtain an upgrade.
• You are traveling with an animal in the hold.
• Your trip includes a connecting flight which requires you to change airports (except between Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle).
• Your departure city is Sofia (flights provided by Air Bulgaria).
• Your trip requires a visa.
• You booked an additional seat.

Interactive Kiosk Check-in

At the airport, check in and print your boarding pass at an Air France interactive kiosk, it is available 24/7. You can also print your baggage tag at an interactive kiosk if required.

Airport Counter Check-in

Passengers should arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight's departure so you can check in, drop off your baggage and calmly complete all security checkpoint formalities.

Check-in deadline is 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your flight region.

For example: if you're leaving from Paris-Charles de Gaulle 2 for another city in France, check-in closes 40 minutes before your departure time.

Boarding Deadline

Please remember your boarding deadline. After this time, you will not be able to board the aircraft:

• 15 minutes before the departure time, between Paris-Orly and metropolitan France destinations.

• 20 minutes before the departure time, for all other flights.
