Wizz Air has a strict cancellation policy, and refunds are generally limited.

Below are the key details regarding cancellations and refunds:

Flight Cancellation by Passenger

Wizz Air tickets are non-refundable, but passengers may cancel and receive partial compensation depending on when the cancellation is made:

- More than 14 days before departure: A refund is issued after deducting a cancellation fee.

- Less than 14 days before departure: Passengers receive a refund after a higher cancellation fee is deducted.

Flight Cancellation by Wizz Air

If Wizz Air cancels a flight, passengers are entitled to:

- A full refund or

- A free rebooking on another Wizz Air flight or

- 120% of the fare in WIZZ credits for future travel.

WIZZ Flex Option

If passengers purchase WIZZ Flex, they can cancel their flight up to 3 hours before departure and receive a full refund in WIZZ credits, which can be used for future bookings.

No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to check in or board the flight, no refund is provided.
