Go First Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Go First can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Web Check-in
Go First passengers can perform Web Check-in within 72 hours until 2 hours prior
to the departure of your flight. If you are booked under any of the below
categories, web check-in would be restricted for verification of valid photo
identification at the airport check-in counter.
• Defence personnel
• Student
• Senior Citizen
• Customers with infants.
You can web check-in with luggage. Once you have completed the web check-in
procedure, you can hop onto your flight with your hand baggage once it has
cleared screening. But in case you are carrying check-in luggage, you need to
drop it at the dedicated drop counter for web check-in passengers 60 minutes
before departure.
A passenger who has availed the web check-in facility needs to reach the airport
at least 45 minutes and 90 minutes before scheduled departure of domestic and
international flights respectively.
You can print or reprint your boarding pass yourself after completed the Web
Check-in.
Kiosk Check-in
Self Service check-in Kiosks are available at some airports to enable you to
check-in yourself and obtain boarding pass from the Kiosk machine. This facility
is presently available for purely domestic flights. If you have baggage to
deposit, please contact SGo First check-in agent before check-in closure at
airport.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters will open two hours prior to the scheduled departure
time. Passengers are encouraged to report at the Airport between 1-2 hours prior
to the scheduled departure time. Check-in counters for all Go First flights will
close 45 minutes prior to departure for economy passengers and 40 mins prior to
departure for Business class passengers.
Priority Check-in
Go First offers priority check-in and priority baggage at just ₹ 400 and the
service can be bought by passenger up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure.
This service is available for first 10 customers on every flight only.
