Zoom Air Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Zoom Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Web Check-in
Web check-in feature helps the customers avoid waiting in long queues at the
airport, by simply checking-in free online. Passenger can follow few steps on
the website and get the boarding pass of ZoomAir online. On successful check-in
two copies of the boarding pass are displayed, one for your self and another for
check-in agent.
Passengers carrying any check-in baggage after web check-in will have to report
to counter 2 hours prior to flight departure. Passengers who wish to cancel
his/her ticket after web check-in will have to contact the respective departing
airport.
Infant(s), Wheel chair, Medical Passenger(s) and Unaccompanied Minor(s) are not
permitted to check-in online.
Passenger check-in at Website begins 24 hours and closes 3 hours prior to the
scheduled departure.
Airport Counters Check-in
Zoom Air Passengers are advised to report for Check-in at least 2 hours prior to
the schedule departure. Check-in closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled
departure of the flight.
Boarding Gate Timing
The boarding gate will be closed 20 minutes prior to the departure. The
passengers are required to be present at the boarding gate not later than the
time specified by Zoom Air when they check in, failing which they will be
considered as “Gate No Show”.
