Passengers traveling with Citilink can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Check-in Information

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Enjoy your trip comfortably and avoid queuing with online web check-in from the first day of purchase. Web Check-In and Mobile Check-In opens from first day of purchase until 2 hours 30 minutes before the departure time.

The Web Check-In and Mobile Check-In only allowed for Confirmed ticket / Paid In Full / No outstanding due. The passengers should be in waiting room 40 minutes before the departure time (printed on boarding pass).

You can get the boarding pass from self check-in machine at the airport. By using Web / Mobile check-in, you can immediately go to the exclusive baggage drop provided for baggage check.

Self-Service Check-in

Self check-in machines are available on selected airport only. For Banyuwangi-Kuala Lumpur flights, there are no Self check-in machines available on neither Banyuwangi Airport (BWX) nor KLIA.

Airport Counter Check-in

The check in counter opens 2 hours and closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers should arrive at the airport before the minimum check-in time. Citilink recommends you check-in 2 hours before your departure time.
