If you have lost an item during your journey with Citilink, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
At the Airport
Immediate Reporting
For items left onboard or in the baggage claim area, immediately contact the
Lost & Found office at the arrival airport.
For Checked Baggage Issues
If your checked baggage is delayed, damaged, or missing, report it to the
Citilink Baggage Service Counter at the arrival terminal before leaving the
airport.
Important
Reports for lost baggage should ideally be filed immediately or within a few
hours of arrival. For lost personal items (like phones or wallets) found
onboard, the airport’s Lost & Found is usually the first point of contact.
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
