Passengers traveling with NAM Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Check-in Information

Online Web Check-in

Web check-in service is available from 24 hours to 4 hours before departure. If you can not print a boarding pass, you can reprint the boarding pass when checking in at the airport.

If you have used web check-in and have baggage, you are required to report back to our check-in counter at the airport no later than 30 minutes before departure.

Airport Counter Check-in

For Indonesia Domestic Flights, reporting time check-in starts 2 hours prior to departure, and check-in counters close 45 minutes before departure time for all classes of passengers.

For International Flights, reporting time check-in starts 2 hours prior to departure and check-in counter close 60 minutes before departure time for all classes of passengers.

The boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure time.

Check-in is at Terminal 1A, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
