Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old can travel as unaccompanied
minors on Aer Lingus flights, but must be accompanied by a guardian until they
board the aircraft and received by a guardian at their destination.

For children traveling as unaccompanied minors, the following conditions
apply:
• A fee will be charged to cover the additional care and assistance provided to
the child during the flight.
• A guardian must accompany the child to the airport, check them in, and
provide a completed Unaccompanied Minor Form to the Aer Lingus representative.
• The child must travel on a direct or non-stop flight. Connecting flights are
not allowed.
• The guardian must remain at the airport until the flight has departed.
• A flight escort will accompany the child on the flight and provide assistance
as needed.
• The guardian at the destination must present photo identification and be
listed on the Unaccompanied Minor Form before the child will be released to
their care.
