Passengers traveling with Japan Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the
check-in options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
Japan Airlines web check-in service is available for both domestic and
international flights from 24 hours to 1 hour prior to the schedule departure
time.
"QuiC" service of international flight allows customers to select seats, check
in on JAL website (Web Check-in) and print out the boarding passes in advance,
which makes it easier and quicker to board their flights without check-in at the
airport.
On the day of departure, please bring along the required documents, including
your Home Print Boarding Pass or Mobile Boarding Pass, your e-ticket receipt and
passport. You can go straight to the security checkpoint if you have no baggage
to check in.
If you have baggage to check in, please drop your baggage at the baggage counter
no later than 60 minutes (International flight) prior or 30minites (Domestic
flight) prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
At some airports, a home print boarding pass or a mobile boarding pass is not
applicable. In that case , please proceed your check-in procedure at Japan
Airlines check-in counter.
International Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)
For easier and smoother boarding, check in Japan Airlines international flights
at self check-in kiosk. Services available at the check-in kiosk included:
• Flight check-in
• Issue boarding pass for passengers who have completed web check-in (QuiC)
• Issue baggage receipt for "JAL TEBURA Service"
• Issue e-ticket itinerary/receipt
• Issue baggage tag (Only for some airport)
Airport Counter Check-in
Please complete your check-in by 60 minutes and arrive at the boarding gate
around 30 minutes (10 minutes for domestic flights) prior to your flight's
scheduled departure time.
You may not be permitted to board your flight if you arrive at the boarding gate
less then 10 minutes before departure.
