StarFlyer Unaccompanied Minors Policy
StarFlyer provides travel assistance for passengers from 6 up to 11 years old by request who are not accompanied by anyone age 12 or older. Passengers 6 years old or younger cannot travel alone, he / she must to be accompanied by a person aged 12 or over.
This service may not be available for use if there is cause to believe
weather or other circumstance may prevent arrival at the destination.
A guardian or stand-in is required to send off and pick up the passenger at the
departure and arrival locations.
Please contact the StarFlyer Call Center for the reservations of unaccompanied
minor services and then inform the counter at the airport of departure.
If you are allowing your child to fly alone as an unaccompanied minor, be sure
to take every necessary precaution to ensure his or her safety.
