Passengers traveling with Asiana Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online Check-in
You can check-in on Asiana Airlines official website or mobile app 48 hours
prior to departure. For some airports, you may go to the boarding gate directly
with the homepage / mobile boarding passes.
Check-in deadlines:
• Domestic Flights - 48 hours to 30 minutes before departure
• International Flights - 48 hours to 1 hour before departure (for U.S. routes,
24 hours before departure)
Auto Check-in
With Auto Check-in, you will shorten boarding procedures and prepare for your
travels conveniently! If you apply for the auto check-in service, your check-in
will be automatically completed 24 hours before the departure time. If the
airport allows mobile boarding passes, the boarding pass will be delivered to
you.
Check-in hours is upon ticketing to 48 hours before departure (30 days for
domestic flights, 361 days for international flights prior to departure).
Airport kiosk self check-in
By using kiosk self check-in at the airport (unmanned boarding machine), you can
assign your seat directly and receive your boarding pass! If you have bags to
check, you can check them conveniently and quickly at the baggage counter.
Check-in deadlines:
• Domestic Flights - Up to 20 minutes before departure
• International Flights - Up to 60 minutes before departure
Self bag drop
It is a self service where passengers can check their baggage directly. It’s
quick and convenient. Scan your boarding pass and passport, and check the bag
after attaching the baggage tag. All preparations for the departure will then be
complete.
Airports using this service and locations : Incheon Airport counter F, M2
Hours of use : Until 1 hour before flight departure (hours of use are different
for F and M counters)
Airport Counter Check-in
Provide your passport and necessary travel documents at the counter to be
assigned a seat. Receive your boarding pass at the Asiana Airlines counter and
check your baggage.
Check-in deadlines:
• Domestic Flights - 20 minutes before departures
• International Flights - 30 to 60 minutes before departure depends on
destinations
Passengers arriving after the boarding process deadline may be prevented from
boarding. For smooth boarding, passengers are recommend to arrive at the airport
at least 2 hours before your departure time.
