Passengers travelling with Jeju Air are permitted to carry baggage according to the fare purchased and the route operated.

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger may bring one cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg.

The cabin bag must not exceed 55 cm × 40 cm × 20 cm and must fit inside the overhead storage compartment.

One personal item, including a handbag, laptop bag or small backpack, is permitted in addition to the main cabin bag. The personal item must fit beneath the seat in front.

Cabin baggage is inspected before boarding. Oversized or overweight items must be checked into the aircraft hold and applicable excess baggage charges may apply.

Liquids, aerosols and gels carried in hand baggage must comply with international aviation security regulations.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage entitlement depends on the selected fare and destination.

• BIZ LITE fares include checked baggage allowance.
• Certain international Economy fares include one checked bag up to 15 kg or 20 kg depending on route.
• Promotional and Fly fares on many routes do not include complimentary checked baggage.

Each checked bag must not exceed 203 cm in total linear dimensions.

Individual baggage pieces weighing more than 32 kg are not accepted for transport.

Additional Baggage

Passengers may purchase extra baggage before departure through Jeju Air's website, mobile application or customer service.

Advance purchase offers lower fees than payment made at the airport.

Oversized sporting equipment, bicycles, golf clubs, diving gear and musical instruments are accepted subject to applicable handling charges and packaging requirements.

Dangerous goods, prohibited articles and restricted items are not accepted as checked or cabin baggage unless permitted under aviation regulations.
