Passengers traveling with Jeju Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
Jeju Air provides online and mobile check-in for eligible international and
domestic flights.
Online check-in opens approximately 24 hours before departure for most services
and closes according to the departure airport and destination.
Passengers may confirm personal information, choose available seats, purchase
additional services where applicable and obtain a mobile or printable boarding
pass.
Some international destinations require document verification at the airport
before boarding passes become valid.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by Jeju Air.
Passengers may print boarding passes, change eligible seat assignments and
produce baggage tags before proceeding to baggage drop counters.
Availability varies according to airport facilities.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters normally open about two to three hours before
scheduled departure.
Closing times differ by airport and route.
Passengers must present passports, visas and other required travel documents
during check-in.
Checked baggage is accepted only before the published counter closing time.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, medical support, assistance for
hearing or visual impairment, or travelling with medical equipment should notify
Jeju Air before departure.
These passengers should complete check-in at staffed service counters where
documentation and assistance arrangements can be verified.
Passengers arriving after check-in closes are not accepted for boarding
regardless of ticket status.
