Eligibility

Children below the minimum travelling age are not permitted to travel alone.

Age requirements and service availability differ between domestic and international services.

Parents or guardians should verify eligibility before purchasing tickets.

Reservation

Requests for children travelling alone must be arranged with Jeju Air before departure.

The airline confirms whether the service is available for the selected route and flight.

Advance arrangements are required because the number of unaccompanied minors accepted on each flight may be limited.

Travel Documents

The child must carry all required travel documents, including:

• Passport where applicable
• Valid visa when required
• Immigration documents required by destination authorities
• Completed airline forms requested for unaccompanied travel

The accompanying adult at departure and the receiving adult at arrival must provide valid identification and contact information.

Airport Procedures

The accompanying guardian must remain at the departure airport until the aircraft has departed.

Upon arrival, the authorised receiving adult must present identification before the child is released.

During the Flight

Cabin crew supervise the child throughout the flight, provide assistance with seating arrangements and offer support during normal flight operations.

The service does not include continuous one-to-one supervision.

Flight Restrictions

The unaccompanied minor service may not be accepted on flights involving certain transfers, irregular operations or destinations with additional immigration restrictions.
