Passengers traveling with Jin Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
Jin Air provides online and mobile check-in for eligible domestic and
international flights. Online check-in opens 24 hours before the scheduled
departure time and closes 1 hour before departure for most eligible routes.
Passengers may confirm travel details, select available seats, issue mobile
boarding passes, and update contact information through the airline's website or
mobile application.
Passengers travelling on routes requiring document verification or additional
immigration checks may be instructed to complete passport inspection at the
airport before boarding passes become valid.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by Jin Air.
Eligible passengers may print boarding passes, update seat assignments, and
complete check-in before proceeding to baggage drop counters if checked luggage
is being carried. Kiosk availability depends on the airport and operating
schedule.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters open approximately 2 to 3 hours before scheduled
international departures and earlier for selected domestic flights. Counter
closing times differ by airport and destination. Passengers must complete
check-in, document verification, and baggage acceptance before the published
deadline.
Valid passports, visas, health documentation, and entry permits required by
destination authorities must be presented during check-in.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, medical support, assistance for
visual or hearing impairment, travelling with infants, or carrying special
baggage should complete check-in at staffed counters. Advance notification
enables the airline to prepare the required services before departure.
Passengers arriving after the published check-in deadline or boarding gate
closing time are not accepted for travel and may be required to purchase a
replacement ticket according to the applicable fare conditions.
