Passengers travelling with T'way Air are permitted to carry the following
baggage according to the fare purchased and cabin class.
Carry-on Baggage
Each passenger may bring one cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg. The carry-on bag
must not exceed 55 cm × 40 cm × 20 cm and should fit safely in the overhead
compartment or beneath the seat in front.
One personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, camera case, or small backpack
may also be carried in addition to the cabin baggage allowance, provided it can
be stored under the seat.
Cabin baggage must comply with security regulations and airline size
restrictions before boarding. Articles exceeding the permitted dimensions or
weight are transferred to checked baggage and applicable fees may be charged.
Checked Baggage Allowance
Free checked baggage depends on the route, fare category, and cabin class shown
on the passenger's ticket.
• Domestic Saver fares: No complimentary checked baggage
• Domestic Smart fares: 15 kg
• International Economy promotional fares: Allowance varies according to fare
conditions
• International Standard and Smart fares: 15 kg to 30 kg depending on route
• Business Saver Class: Up to 30 kg
• Business Plus Class: Up to 40 kg
Each individual checked bag must comply with the airline's maximum size
requirements. Bags exceeding the permitted weight or dimensions are accepted
only after payment of excess baggage charges.
Extra Baggage
Passengers may purchase additional baggage before departure through the T'way
Air website, mobile application, customer service centre, or airport ticket
counter.
Advance purchases receive lower rates than baggage purchased on the day of
departure. Additional baggage is available in weight increments depending on the
selected route.
Oversized sporting equipment, bicycles, golf clubs, musical instruments, and
other special baggage may be accepted subject to advance notification, handling
procedures, and applicable service charges. Dangerous goods, restricted
articles, and prohibited items are not accepted for carriage.
