Passengers traveling with T'way Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
T'way Air provides online and mobile check-in for eligible domestic and
international flights. Online check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled departure
and closes one hour before departure for most routes.
Passengers may confirm travel details, select available seats, purchase optional
services where applicable, and obtain a mobile or printable boarding pass after
completing check-in. Online check-in availability depends on
destination-specific immigration requirements and passenger eligibility.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by T'way Air.
Eligible passengers can print boarding passes, update seat assignments, and
complete check-in using their booking reference or passport.
Passengers travelling with checked baggage must proceed to the designated
baggage drop counter after completing kiosk check-in.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters open according to individual airport operating
schedules and international departure requirements. Passengers are required to
complete document verification, baggage acceptance, and boarding pass collection
before the published check-in deadline.
Valid passports, visas, residence permits, health documentation, and other entry
requirements must be presented before boarding where required by destination
authorities.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, medical support, travelling with
infants, unaccompanied minors, pets, or oversized baggage should report directly
to staffed check-in counters. Advance notification enables the airline to
arrange appropriate assistance before departure.
Passengers arriving after the airline's check-in closing time may be denied
boarding, even if they possess a confirmed reservation. Boarding gates also
close before departure, and passengers must arrive at the gate within the
boarding time stated on their boarding pass.
