T'way Air Lost & Found

Passengers who misplace personal belongings while travelling with T'way Air may report the incident through the appropriate airport office or the airline's customer support channels. Procedures differ depending on whether the item was left on board the aircraft, within the airport terminal, or involves checked baggage.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Personal belongings found inside the aircraft after arrival are collected by cabin crew during post-flight inspections and handed to the airline or its contracted ground handling company at the destination airport. Recovered items are logged and stored for collection in accordance with local airport procedures.

Passengers should report missing articles as soon as possible by providing the travel date, flight number, seat number, and a detailed description of the item.

Items Lost at the Airport

Articles misplaced inside terminal facilities, including check-in halls, security screening areas, lounges, boarding gates, immigration checkpoints, or baggage claim areas, are managed by the airport's own lost property office rather than T'way Air.

Passengers should contact the airport authority directly for enquiries relating to items left within terminal buildings.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers who cannot locate their checked baggage upon arrival should immediately visit the airline's baggage service counter before leaving the arrival hall. Staff will prepare a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) to begin baggage tracing through the international baggage tracking system.

Information including baggage tag numbers, baggage description, contact details, and delivery address should be provided when filing the report.

Recovery and Collection

When delayed baggage or personal belongings are located, passengers are contacted using the information recorded during the report. Depending on airport procedures, recovered baggage may be collected from the airport or delivered to the passenger's nominated address.

Passenger Advice

Passengers are advised to keep passports, identification documents, cash, jewellery, medication, electronic devices, and other valuable items in their cabin baggage. Personal belongings should always be checked before leaving the aircraft, boarding gate, or airport terminal.
