Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, airBaltic allows you to cancel bookings, but the refund
eligibility depends on the fare type purchased.
Green Tickets (basic fares) are usually non-refundable unless the cancellation
is due to airline-initiated changes or disruptions.
Green Plus and Green Classic Tickets offer partial refunds or credit, depending
on the time of cancellation.
Green Flex Tickets are fully refundable if canceled before the scheduled
departure.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking:
✔️ Via the Manage Booking section on airBaltic’s website.
✔️ By contacting airBaltic customer service directly.
✔️ Through your travel agent (if booked via third party).
Refunds, if applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the fare conditions set at the time of booking.
Non-refundable fares only allow for taxes (excluding service charges) to be
refunded.
Refund requests must usually be submitted within a specific period after the
scheduled flight date.
Flight Disruptions
If your flight is canceled or delayed significantly, airBaltic may offer:
✔️ A full refund.
✔️ An alternative flight at no extra cost.
✔️ Compensation in line with EU Regulation 261/2004, if applicable.
Important Notes
Administrative fees may apply for cancellations.
Refunds can take a few business days depending on the payment method.
Travel extras like baggage or seat selection might have separate refund
conditions.
Passengers are encouraged to check the specific fare rules on their ticket or
contact airBaltic for clarification.
