If you have lost an item during your journey with Royal Air Maroc, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
At the Airport
Immediate Reporting
If you discover that you’ve lost an item at the airport or onboard a Royal Air
Maroc flight, you should report it as soon as possible. Visit the Lost & Found
office at the arrival airport or contact Royal Air Maroc's local airport office
immediately to initiate the search.
Provide key information such as your flight number, seat number, date of travel,
and a detailed description of the lost item.
Contacting the Airline
If you believe the item was left onboard, notify Royal Air Maroc staff at the
airport or contact their customer service center. Flight and seating details,
along with a description of the item, will help the staff locate your belongings
more efficiently.
Online Reporting
While Royal Air Maroc does not offer a dedicated online lost item form,
inquiries can typically be made through their customer service email or by
calling their call center. If the item was lost in a specific airport, you may
also check with that airport's Lost & Found department directly.
Claiming Lost Items
Items that are recovered will be held at either the airport’s Lost & Found
office or Royal Air Maroc’s local station. To claim your item, you will need to
provide proof of ownership and personal identification.
Important Notes
Unclaimed items may be held for a limited time depending on airport policy.
Perishable or prohibited items may be discarded without notice.
Prompt reporting increases the chance of item recovery.
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
