Refundable Fares
Certain fare types, such as flexirefund and businessflexi, allow cancellations
with a refund, though cancellation fees may apply.
Non-Refundable Fares
Most lower-cost fares are non-refundable, but may be converted into a travel
credit if canceled before departure. No-shows usually forfeit the ticket value.
24-Hour Cooling-Off Period
Bookings made at least one week before departure can be canceled within 24 hours
for a full refund.
Using Credits
Credits from canceled non-refundable fares can be applied to new bookings, seat
upgrades, extra baggage, or partner airline flights.
Requesting a Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, with any credit-paid
portion refunded as credit. Subject to fare rules and conditions.
Compassionate Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for critical medical emergencies or bereavement
cases.
Cancellation Process
Cancellations and refunds can be managed online, via customer service, or
through the original travel agent.
