Originair check in counters open one hour prior to departure and close 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time (Originair light box signage will show at these times in Wellington Airport).

Nelson – check in counters are located to the left of the entrance in the main terminal.

Wellington – check in counters are located on level 2 to the right of the entrance (next to Qantas).

Palmerston North – check in counters are located to the left of the entrance.

Hamilton – check in counters are located to the left of the main entrance.
