If you’ve misplaced an item while traveling with Pakistan International Airlines
(PIA), their Lost & Found service is available to assist in recovering it.
Whether the item was left onboard, in the terminal, or during baggage handling,
prompt reporting improves the chances of retrieval.
At the Airport
If you realize you’ve lost something shortly after disembarking, immediately
report it to the Lost & Found office at the arrival airport. You may also inform
the PIA counter or ground staff available on-site.
Provide a clear description of the item, your flight number, seat number, and
travel date.
Items Lost Onboard
For belongings left on the aircraft, contact PIA’s local office at your
destination or call the airline’s customer service. Specify details such as the
route, seat number, and a detailed description of the item.
Filing a Report
You may also file a lost item report by emailing or calling PIA’s customer
service department. Include your full name, flight details, and a precise
description of the lost item. Keep your boarding pass or baggage tag as proof of
travel.
Claiming Your Item
If your item is located, you may be asked to collect it in person or arrange
delivery (subject to availability and possible charges). Valid ID and proof of
ownership are typically required.
Important Notes
Perishable or restricted items may not be retained.
Items unclaimed after a specific period may be disposed of per airline or
airport policy.
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
For further information on lost items, please contact PIA reservations and enquiries center (24 hours) at 111 786 786 (calling within Pakistan) or +92 21 111 786 786 if calling from overseas.
