Tickets purchased through PIA’s official website can be managed using the “Manage Booking” section. Entire itineraries may be canceled here, and refund requests can be submitted.

For complex cases like partial refunds, passengers should contact the PIA Web Refund Unit or the airline’s call center for assistance.

Tickets Bought via Travel Agents or PIA Offices

If the booking was made through a travel agency or a local PIA office, cancellation and refund requests must be handled through those respective channels.

Fees and Charges

Cancellation and refund charges vary depending on the route, fare class, and time before departure. For example, tickets canceled within 24 hours of the flight may incur higher penalties than those canceled well in advance. Change fees and no-show charges also apply. Flight Coupon Policy

Flight segments (coupons) must be used in order. If used out of sequence, the ticket may be invalidated and become non-refundable.
