Online Check-in

Enhance your experience and save time at the airport by checking-in online. Choose your seat, print your boarding pass, and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check-in your luggage with ease.

Online check-in for flights from the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure and check-in for flights to the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure from Doha.

For all other flights, online check-in is available 48 hours to 90 minutes before flight departure.*

*Online check-in on qatarairways.com is only available for flights operated by Qatar Airways.

Mobile check-in (Qatar Airways Mobile Application required)

Download the Qatar Airways mobile application to your smart phone for greater convenience with each journey.

Check in from your mobile phone by typing qatarairways.com into your browser, or download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
My Q-Tag

Take advantage of a seamless world-class experience with the convenient, online self-service tool. My Q-Tag is a baggage tag which you can print at home and bring to the ‘Web Check-in Bag Drop’ counter to save time at the airport.

This service is currently available on select routes within the Qatar Airways network.

Airport Counter Check-in

Qatar Airways recommends you check-in three hours before your departure time. The check-in counter closes one hour before departure, and the boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure. These times may vary depending on your departure airport.

Before attended to counter, make sure that you have all the necessary documents and visas for all the countries you will be visiting on your journey.
