Jetstar Asia Airways Check-in Information
NOTE: Jetstar Asia Airways ceased operations on July 31,
2025, as part of a strategic restructure by its parent company, Qantas.
Passengers traveling with Jetstar Asia Airways can Check-in conveniently with the
check-in options provided as below:

Online Web Check-in
For most bookings, you can check in online. You’ll need your booking reference
number (it’s on your itinerary) and your passport details if you’re flying
international.
There are some exceptions to online check-in and you're required to check in at
the airport if you:
• You’re travelling with an infant
• You're travelling to or from the US
• Booking through Jetstar Group bookings
• You need specific assistance
Airport Kiosk Check-in
Jetstar kiosks are a great alternative to the check-in counter if you’re on an
Australia, New Zealand or Jetstar Japan (GK) domestic flight; or selected
Jetstar Asia (3K) flights out of Singapore. You can print your boarding pass at
one of Jetstar kiosks and if you’re travelling with checked baggage, your
baggage tags too.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport Counter check-in and bag drop opened 3 hours before scheduled departure.
Passengers are advised to be at your boarding gate 40 min before scheduled
departure.
The boarding gate closed 15 min before scheduled departure.
Jetstar at its absolute discretion may forfeit the Passenger’s seat if the
passenger has not checked in by the time specified.
These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Jetstar Asia Airways for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during
check-in.
For further information on Check-in, please contact Jetstar Asia Airways directly at +65 6499 9702 (Singapore) or your local air ticketing agent.
