Passengers traveling with Singapore Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the
check-in options provided as below:

Online / Mobile Check-in
Check in on your computer or mobile device from 48 hours to 1.5 hours
before your flight departs. You can also print your boarding pass or
download it to your mobile device before going to the airport, if you’re
departing from selected cities.
At the airport, proceed directly to the Immigration counter if you don’t
have bags to check in and if you don’t require travel document/visa/credit
card verification at the check-in counter.
Kiosk Check-in
Beat the queue at the airport with our convenient kiosk check-in services,
now available at:
• Singapore Changi Terminal 2 (Row 3) and Terminal 3 (Rows 3 and 4)
• Amsterdam Schiphol (Departure Hall 3)
• Auckland Airport International Terminal (Zone E)
• Bengaluru Kempegowda International Terminal
• Copenhagen Airport Terminal 2
• Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 (Concourse C)
• London Heathrow Terminal 2 (Zone A)
• Los Angeles Tom Bradley International Terminal (Aisle C)
• Melbourne Airport Terminal 2 (Zone M)
• Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1 (Hall 1)
• San Francisco International Terminal (Aisle 4)
• Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 South Wing (Zone G)
Kiosk check-in is available to everyone at these airports, unless:
• Your passport or visa is not machine-readable
• Your booking is not confirmed, or you’re on a waitlist
• You or the passenger you’re checking in is an unaccompanied minor
• You’ve booked an extra seat (for instance, for a musical instrument)
• You have any special assistance (for instance, you’re travelling with a
pet, you require medical assistance, or you’ve requested for the
meet-and-assist service)
Automated bag drop
Checking in your bags? Use our automated bag drop counters at Singapore
Changi Airport Terminal 2, Row 3 and Terminal 3 Rows 3 and 4, and you’ll be
at the boarding gate before you know it.
To drop off your checked baggage at the automated bag drops, first make sure
that you have:
• A boarding pass that you’ve already printed at home, at the kiosk check-in
or that’s on your mobile device
• A baggage tag that you’ve printed at the kiosk check-in
Return Check-in
If you’re returning within 48 hours of your departing flight, you can check
in for both flights at the same time except for flights to and from cities
in USA.
Return check-in service is available at our check-in counters and
Online/Mobile check-in.
Your baggage will be checked in for your first flight. When arriving at the
airport for your return flight, you should proceed to a check-in counter to
drop off your baggage.
Airport Counter Check-in
If you have a confirmed flight booking and are departing from Singapore
Changi Airport, you can check in from 48 hours to 40 minutes before your
flight departs.
The check-in counter opening hours are:
• Terminal 2: 0430 hours to 2200 hours
• Terminal 3: 0430 hours to 0200 hours
If you’re departing from another airport, the check-in counter opening times
will vary.
Checking in with partner airlines
Singapore Airlines have through check-in agreements with many partners. This
means, as long as all flights are part of a single booked itinerary and the
first flight segment is operated by Singapore Airlines, you can check in for
all your connecting flights to your final destination at the same time.
However, if your journey begins with a partner airline, please check the
through check-in procedure with that airline.
