TUI Fly Nordic Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with TUI Fly Nordic can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Check-in
Check-in opens 2-3 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure.
Please arrive early!
When flying with TUI fly, you can check in online or at the airport.
Online Check-in
You can check in online from 7 days before departure up to 15 hours before the
flight departs. When checking in online, you will receive a mobile boarding
pass. Online check-in is available when traveling from Stockholm-Arlanda,
Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Luleå to selected destinations. If you are
traveling to Greece, Spain, or Cyprus, you can also check in online for the
return journey (exception: if the destination airport does not have baggage
drop-off, you must check in your luggage as usual).
Tip: Pre-book your seat for a comfortable start to your vacation. If you choose
not to pre-book your seat, one will be assigned to you automatically.
Self-service Check-in Kiosks
To avoid check-in queues, travelers with TUI fly can use self-service check-in
kiosks at Arlanda, Kastrup, and Gardemoen airports. The kiosks are located in
the check-in hall, often near TUI fly's check-in counters, and are clearly
marked with the tour operator's name.
By entering the booking code from your travel documents into the machine and
following the instructions, you can easily check in yourself and your travel
companions. The kiosk will then print your boarding passes and baggage tags.
Tear off the receipt from the baggage tags and keep it. Attach the tag to your
bag's handle. Afterwards, proceed to the Baggage Drop at the check-in counter
where ID checks will be conducted for all members of your travel party.
