SWISS Lost & Found

If you lost an item on a SWISS International Air Lines (SWISS) flight or at the airport, here’s how you can report and retrieve it:

Lost on a SWISS Flight

SWISS handles lost items found on board through their Lost & Found service.

You can report your lost item online via Aviapartner Lost & Found or at the arrival airport’s Lost & Found office.

Provide details such as flight number, seat number, item description, and date of loss.

Lost at an Airport

If you lost an item at an airport (e.g., check-in area, security, lounges), contact the airport’s Lost & Found department directly.

Major SWISS hub airports, such as Zurich Airport (ZRH), have dedicated Lost & Found offices.

Delayed or Lost Baggage

If your checked baggage is missing, report it at the baggage claim desk upon arrival.

You can track your lost baggage via the SWISS baggage tracing system (WorldTracer) on their website.

For further information on lost items, please contact SWISS directly at +41 848 700 700 (24 hours Zurich Contact Centre).
