If you have lost an item during your journey with EVA Air, the airline provides
Lost & Found services to help you recover it. The process varies depending on
where you misplaced the item—onboard, at the airport, or in the lounge.
Lost Items Onboard an EVA Air Flight
If you realize you've left something on the plane after disembarking, contact
EVA Air’s Lost & Found office at your arrival airport as soon as possible.
The airline will assist in locating and storing the item if found. Unclaimed
items are usually kept for a limited period before disposal or donation.
Lost Items at the Airport or Lounge
If you lost an item at the airport, including security checkpoints or
immigration, contact the airport’s Lost & Found department directly.
If the item was left in an EVA Air VIP Lounge, contact the lounge staff or the
airline’s local office.
How to Report a Lost Item
Contact EVA Air’s Lost & Found office at your arrival airport.
Provide detailed information about the lost item (color, brand, size, special
markings).
Include flight details, seat number, and contact information.
If found, EVA Air will arrange for pickup or shipping (shipping fees may apply).
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
