Bangkok Airways Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Bangkok Airways can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Web Check-in
You can check-in online between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure time.
Online check-in is not available for iOS devices.
Passengers traveling on international flights who complete web check-in must
still present themselves at the Check-in Counter at least 90 minutes prior to
departure time. All passengers traveling with baggage must bring their baggage
to the baggage drop off 2 hours before departure. All passengers must be at the
security check point 40 minutes before departure and at the boarding gate 30
minutes before departure.
Mobile check-in (Bangkok Airways Mobile Application required)
You can check-in via your mobile devices (excluding iOS devices) using the
Bangkok Airways website or the mobile application. The same timing applies as
web check-in.
Airport Counters Check-in
Suvarnabhumi International Airport
For domestic flights, passengers must check-in at least 40 minutes prior to
departure. For international flights, passengers must check-in at least 50
minutes prior to departure.
Other Airports
For domestic flights, passengers must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to
departure. For international flights, passengers must check-in at least 40
minutes prior to departure.
Through Check-in
Bangkok Airways passengers traveling to certain international destinations with
participating airline carriers can choose to check through their baggage to
their final destination and complete immigration formality at Samui, Phuket,
Chiang Mai or Krabi. Passengers are then required to remain in the transfer area
at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
