Thai Airways Lost & Found

If you have lost an item during your journey with Thai Airways, you can report and retrieve it through their Lost & Found services.

The process depends on where the item was lost—either onboard the aircraft, at the airport, or in a Thai Airways lounge.

How to Report a Lost Item

Onboard the Aircraft:

If you realize you lost an item after leaving the plane, contact Thai Airways' Lost & Found office at the arrival airport.

Provide details such as flight number, seat number, item description, and travel date.

At the Airport (Check-in, Security, or Baggage Claim):

Lost items at the airport terminal (outside Thai Airways' control) should be reported to the airport’s Lost & Found department.

For checked baggage issues, contact the Baggage Services Office at the airport.

In a Thai Airways Lounge:

If you lost an item in a Royal Orchid Lounge, contact the specific lounge location directly.
