Thai Smile

Thai Smile Air is the regional airline and wholly owned subsidiary of Thai Airways. Operating and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, it began operations in July 2012.

The Airline now operations fully at Suvarnabhumi Airport since January 2017, ending services in Don Mueang International Airport.

Thai Smile is intended to serve the market gap between low-cost carriers and full service airlines. The name Thai Smile was chosen from a pool of 2,229 entries in a contest to name the airline.

Royal Orchid Plus is the frequent flyer program of Thai Smile. The member can earn points for every flight and redeem the points for free flights and specially selected rewards and preferences.
