TUI Airways Baggage Policy
When flying with TUI each passenger can check in up to 3 bags weighing between 15kg and 20kg and 1 piece of hand luggage, depending on which holiday you book.
Under twos get a 10kg allowance – that’s if you’ve booked a hotel and flight
package and not just a flight. You’ll also be able to take a pushchair or a car
seat with you.
If you are flying with one of TUI Airways third party airlines, you’ll find
details of your luggage allowance on your e-ticket.
PACKAGE HOLIDAYS
Checked-in luggage
When flying with TUI Airways, you’re entitled to a 15kg luggage allowance on TUI
Airways package holidays. Certain types of holiday come with a bigger allowance
of 20kg – this is clearly shown whilst you’re booking if it applies.
Hand luggage
You can take 1 piece of hand luggage per person (excluding infants) weighing up
to 10kg and with maximum dimensions of 55x40x20cm on a TUI Airways flight.
Things like laptops, handbags and items bought at the airport must fit within
your 1 piece of hand luggage. You must be able to lift your hand luggage into
the overhead storage compartments yourself. You can bring a Trunki case as hand
luggage, as long as it weighs no more than 10kg.
Flights with other airlines
If you're flying with another airline, you'll find details of your hand luggage
allowance on your e-ticket or confirmation email.
FLIGHT ONLY BOOKINGS
Hand luggage
If you’re just booking a TUI Airways flight, you can carry 1 piece of hand
luggage of up to 10kg for free. The maximum dimensions of your hand luggage can
be 55x40x20cm and you must be able to lift your hand luggage into the overhead
storage compartments yourself. Things like laptops, handbags and items bought at
the airport must fit within your 1 piece of hand luggage.
Checked-in luggage
You can book checked-in luggage for an extra charge whilst you’re booking, or
through TUI Airways Flight Extras website if you’ve already booked.
Booking your luggage allowance online is cheaper than paying at the airport.
There's no luggage allowance for infants, regardless of seating type, and they
can't be included in any pooling of luggage allowance.

PREMIUM CLUB
Upgrade to Premium Club on TUI Airways flights and you’ll get a luggage
allowance of 23kg as well as 10kg hand luggage. You can do this whilst you’re
booking. If you've already booked, you can log in to your customer account by
visiting Customer Account/Manage My Booking.
