Air Sunshine Baggage Allowance

Air Sunshine offers free luggage allowance for 40 lbs per full revenue passenger (Infants not included).

Baggage Allowance

Excess Baggage, kennels, surfboards, fishing poles, etc. are subject to additional charges and will be transported counter to counter on space available basis only.

Excess baggage rates vary in accordance with your route of flight, check under Airfreight tab for applicable rates.

There is an additional check baggage service charge of $25 per bag for flights arriving to and from St.Maarten (SXM) and this is due to the fact that we are not allowed to handle our own baggage in accordance with the Airport Administration policies and have to contract third parties to handle the bags.

Traveling with Firearms

Regulations requires that FIREARMS be declared and unloaded in accordance with Airline’s policies and procedures, passengers failing to declare FIREARMS or transporting FIREARMS without authorization are subject to $10,000.00 of Civil penalty for each violation.
