If you have lost an item during your journey with JetBlue Airways, you can follow these steps to report and recover it:

Contact JetBlue Customer Service

At the Airport

If your item was lost at the airport, you can contact the airport's Lost & Found department directly. JetBlue’s staff will guide you to the appropriate Lost & Found office based on your location.

Item Recovery

JetBlue will typically hold lost items for 30 days. If your item is found, you’ll be notified and given instructions on how to retrieve it.

JetBlue may charge a fee for returning certain items, such as large or valuable items.
