Southern Airways Express Check-in Information
Passengers of Southern Airways Express are required to check in no less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure, the check-in counter for Southern Airways Express open 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure for most of the Airports.
If a ticketed passenger arrives at a ticket counter and no agent is
available, the passenger should call Carrier’s Customer Service Center at +1 800
329 0485 for assistance.
For passengers plan to connect to other airlines, the minimum connect time is 60
minutes. Bags need to be collected from Airlines Baggage Claim and re-checked to
next airlines at their ticket counter. Passengers are required to passed the
airport security check again.
There is no check-in counter at some private terminal (e.g. Tampa, FL &
Nashville, TN). Please make yourself comfortable in the lobby and wait for one
of Southern’s crew members to greet you approximately 15 minutes prior to
departure. Southern’s pilots can be easily identified by their powder blue
neckties and white hats.
These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Southern Airways Express for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during
check-in.
