Taquan Air Check-in Information
No-show reservations will be cancelled if the passenger has not checked in at least 15 minutes prior to flight time. Contact the reservations center to make the change in advance or inform your customer service agent upon check-in to the terminal.
Taquan Air offers pick up at the Rain Gauge near The Rock statue in downtown
Ketchikan. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.
For flightseeing tours cancellations within 14 days and no-shows are charged the
full fare; cancellations outside of 14 days will be charged a $25.00 per person
cancellation fee.
These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Taquan Air for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during
check-in.
