Uzbekistan Airways operates the UzAirPlus frequent flyer programme, allowing members to earn and redeem bonus points when travelling on eligible scheduled flights operated by the airline.

Membership is available to individuals who register through Uzbekistan Airways. After enrolment, members receive a personal membership number used to record eligible flights and accumulate points.

Members earn points based on the fare purchased, travel class and eligible flight sectors. Only qualifying tickets issued under participating fare conditions are credited to the member's account. Promotional fares or heavily discounted tickets may earn reduced points or may not qualify, depending on programme rules.

Accumulated points may be redeemed for award tickets, cabin upgrades or other programme benefits published by Uzbekistan Airways. Redemption is subject to seat availability, fare conditions and programme requirements at the time of booking.

The programme also recognises frequent travellers through tiered membership levels. Higher membership status provides additional travel privileges, which may include priority check-in, priority boarding, increased baggage allowance, preferred seating benefits and faster accumulation of bonus points on eligible flights.

Members can review account balances, transaction history and eligible rewards by logging into their personal UzAirPlus account through the airline's online services.

Points remain valid for the period specified under the programme rules. Expired points are removed from the member's account unless extended through qualifying activity or other conditions established by the airline.

Membership benefits apply only when the passenger number is included in the reservation before travel and the flight qualifies under the programme terms. Requests for retroactive credit may be accepted within the period specified by Uzbekistan Airways, provided supporting travel documents are submitted for verification.

The airline may amend programme rules, membership benefits, qualifying criteria and redemption options in accordance with the published conditions of the UzAirPlus programme.
