Uzbekistan Airways Cancellation and Refund

Uzbekistan Airways permits ticket cancellations and refunds in accordance with the fare conditions, ticket type and applicable Conditions of Carriage. Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules in effect at the time the ticket is purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Ticket Cancellation

Passengers may cancel eligible bookings before the scheduled departure through Uzbekistan Airways sales offices, authorised ticket agents, customer support or the official website where online cancellation is available.

Fare Conditions

Each fare category contains its own cancellation rules. Flexible fares provide greater freedom to cancel or change travel plans, while promotional and discounted fares may carry cancellation restrictions, service charges or may be entirely non-refundable.

No-Show

Passengers who fail to cancel a reservation before departure and do not board the scheduled flight may be treated as a no-show. Depending on the fare conditions, unused ticket value may be partially forfeited or become non-refundable.

Flight Disruptions

When Uzbekistan Airways cancels a flight, makes a significant schedule change or is unable to transport a passenger due to operational reasons, passengers may choose an alternative flight or request a refund in accordance with the applicable ticket conditions.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are available for refundable tickets, unused flight coupons, airline-initiated cancellations and other situations covered by the airline's Conditions of Carriage. Refunds for partially used tickets are calculated according to the remaining unused travel segments and fare rules.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing time varies depending on the payment method, financial institution and country where the ticket was issued.

Optional Services

Refunds for optional services, including prepaid seat selection or additional baggage, are subject to the conditions applicable to each service. Services already used after travel has commenced are not refundable.

Passengers requesting refunds may be required to provide identification, ticket information and supporting documentation before the application can be processed.
