Flight Cancellations by Passengers
Passengers wishing to cancel their bookings can do so through Vietnam Airlines'
official website or mobile app. Cancellations should be made at least 3 hours
before the scheduled departure to avoid no-show fees.
Certain fare types may have restrictions or incur fees upon cancellation.
Additionally, ancillary services such as seat selections or special requests are
non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility and Process
Refund eligibility depends on the fare conditions associated with the ticket
purchased. To request a refund:

Go to the "Manage Booking" section.
Enter your Reservation Code (PNR) and Last Name.
Select "Add Services" and then "Refund (cancel booking and refund)" and follow
the prompts.
✔️ Email Request
Send a refund request via email, including booking details and the reason for
the refund.
✔️ Sales Office
You can visit or contact a Vietnam Airlines sales office for assistance.
Once the refund request is submitted, Vietnam Airlines typically processes it
within 15 working days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method,
but the processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Important Notes
Non-Refundable Tickets: Some fare types are non-refundable, so it’s important to
check the fare conditions at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to cancel a booking or do not show up for a flight,
a no-show fee may apply.
Refund Confirmation: After processing, a confirmation will be sent to your
registered email address.
