Milos Island National Airport is an airport in Milos, Greece (IATA: MLO, ICAO: LGML). Milos is an island in the Cyclades. The airport is located 5 kilometers southeast of the harbour of the island. The airport was opened on January 17, 1973. On October 1995, a new terminal was taken into use.

The airport resides at an elevation of 10 ft (3 m) above mean sea level. It has a runway designated 08/26 with asphalt surface measuring 3,380 ft (1,030 m) in length.

Olympic Air provide seasonal flights while Sky Express provides scheduled commercial flights to / from this Airport.
